❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our operations.
1. Standard Bookings
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
2. Group Bookings or Long Stays
- For group bookings (3 rooms or more) or stays exceeding 7 nights, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid charges.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Modifications
Booking date changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
