Effective Date:
By making a reservation or staying at Margo Villa Hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone, or in person.
- A valid payment method or deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
3. Payment
- Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or approved digital platforms.
- All outstanding balances must be settled upon check-out.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests. Any damage or loss caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
5. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas. Safes are available for valuables.
6. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
